Tierra Viva is a limited collection of super-luxury mansions developed by DarGlobal in collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini, marking the design house's first residential architecture partnership of this kind. The collection is built around four distinct mansion types — the Esmeralda, Diamante, Painite, and Zafiro — spanning two to four levels each, with configurations ranging from four to six bedrooms. Each mansion draws its architectural language from Lamborghini's design identity, translating automotive precision into sculptural, angular forms. The project is positioned as a rare proposition for a discerning international clientele seeking a fusion of automotive heritage and residential architecture.

Residents have access to a dedicated clubhouse arranged over three levels, featuring a fully-equipped gym, sauna, steam room, hammam, and jacuzzis, alongside an adults' pool, kids' pool, sunken lounge, and terrace. The clubhouse also houses an owner's lounge, a car showroom space, a children's play area, and the Lamborghini Café, described as the brand's first café concept. Outdoor sun-lounger decks, a dedicated cooling pool system, a spa, and the Velocity Bar & Lounge complete the shared amenities offering.

Interiors are finished with local marble flooring in the foyer, living, and dining areas, and porcelain marble-look surfaces from Cosentino or Inalco in bedrooms, bathrooms, and basement areas, with plastered walls and gypsum ceilings throughout. Kitchens are fitted with engineered-stone countertops and built-in Miele appliances, including a fridge, oven, hob, hood, and dishwasher, while bathrooms are equipped with sanitary fixtures from Duravit, hansgrohe, and Gessi. Select mansions include a private car lift and a passenger elevator, with Aerothermia heating and cooling systems from Daikin or Vaillant, and each residence includes a basement-level home theatre and multipurpose room. The residences are delivered kitchen-equipped only, with carpets, furniture, and electronics available as a separate provision.
